Ingredients
  

Sandwich Components
  • 4 pieces English muffins Split in half
  • 6 large Eggs Whisked and seasoned
  • 4 slices Cheese Choose your favorite type
  • 8 slices Cooked bacon or sausage Optional, can substitute with other proteins
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or oil For cooking the eggs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until scrambled.
  4. Split the English muffins and toast them lightly.
  5. On each muffin half, place a layer of cooked eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage.
  6. Top with the other half of the muffin.
  7. Wrap each sandwich in foil and place them in the freezer.
Reheating
  1. To reheat, unwrap and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.

Notes

Use different types of cheese for varied flavors. You can add vegetables like spinach or peppers for extra nutrition. For a lighter option, consider using egg whites instead of whole eggs. Sandwiches can last up to three months in the freezer when properly wrapped.
