Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Parchment Paper

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
  3. While the cauliflower roasts, whisk together the maple syrup and sriracha in a small bowl.
  4. Remove the cauliflower from the oven, pour the maple sriracha glaze over it, and toss to coat. Return to the oven and roast for another 5-10 minutes, or until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
  5. Serve hot as a delicious side dish.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure the cauliflower is spread in a single layer on the baking sheet and don't overcrowd it. You can adjust the sriracha amount to your preferred spice level.
