  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes Ensure smooth texture.
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and egg until smooth.

Cooking the Chicken
