  • Sweetener honey, stevia, to taste (optional)

Preparation
  1. Gently crush the lemon balm sprigs to release their aroma and flavor.
  2. Place the crushed lemon balm in a glass and pour in the water.
  3. If desired, add lemon juice and a sweetener, then stir well.
