Cooking the Beef
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in soy sauce and chopped green onions, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Assembling the Rolls
- Prepare rice paper wrappers according to package instructions.
- On each wrapper, place a spoonful of cooked rice, some beef mixture, a slice of avocado, and lettuce leaves.
- Roll tightly, folding in the ends as you go.
- Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top if desired.
Notes
These rice rolls can be served warm or at room temperature. They are great as a main dish or can be sliced into smaller pieces for appetizers.
