  • 2 medium zucchinis Sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  3. In a bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 2-3 hours, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy.
  2. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

Serve with dips like salsa, guacamole, or hummus. Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature. For best results, slice zucchinis evenly.
