  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Extra virgin recommended for better flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic gives the best taste.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Smoked paprika can add a nice flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish) Such as parsley or cilantro.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture onto the chicken thighs until they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  3. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken thighs for the last 3-5 minutes of cooking. Avoid overcrowding the baking dish for even cooking.
