  • ½ cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
Cranberry Layer
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries Can substitute with dried cranberries if needed
  • 2 tbsp sugar Adjust based on taste preferences
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and white cheddar cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the cranberries with sugar until evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Layer the cheese mixture evenly into your baking dish.
  2. Scatter the sugared cranberries over the cheese layer.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and cranberries have burst.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm.

Notes
