Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.
  6. Serve the turkey mixture over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze the turkey mixture for up to 2 months. Reheat before serving.
