- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.
- Serve the turkey mixture over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze the turkey mixture for up to 2 months. Reheat before serving.
