  • 1 lb Steak sirloin or ribeye, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Minced Garlic cloves
Noodles & Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
Garnish

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Pot
  • Tongs
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Small Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk

Method

Cooking Steps
  1. Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the steak until browned and cooked to desired doneness before removing it.
  2. Add butter and minced garlic to the same skillet, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant. Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter, then set aside.
  3. In a separate pot, cook instant ramen noodles according to package directions, making sure to drain them well afterward.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, sesame oil, and water in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  5. Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the steak. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and steak, tossing everything until well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, then serve the dish immediately.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcooking the steak; it should still be tender and juicy. Adjust the amount of sriracha to your preferred spice level. You can substitute ramen noodles with other thin pasta like spaghetti or linguine.
