These delightful hot cocoa bombs are perfect for a cozy treat! Simply place one in a mug, pour hot milk over it, and watch it transform into a delicious cup of hot chocolate.

Ingredients
  

Chocolate Shell
  • 1 cup dark chocolate melting wafers
Filling
  • 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles optional

  • Silicone sphere molds
  • Microwave-Safe Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Small plate

Method
 

Making the Shells
  1. Melt the dark chocolate melting wafers using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Spoon melted chocolate into silicone sphere molds, ensuring even coverage, and scrape off excess.
  3. Chill the molds in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate is firm, then carefully remove the half-spheres.
Assembling the Bombs
  1. Fill half of the chocolate spheres with hot cocoa mix, mini marshmallows, and optional sprinkles.
  2. Heat a plate in the microwave, then briefly place the rim of an empty chocolate half-sphere on it to melt the edge slightly before joining it with a filled half-sphere.
  3. Decorate the assembled hot cocoa bombs with additional melted chocolate drizzles and more sprinkles or toppings.

Notes

Ensure your silicone molds are completely clean and dry before adding chocolate for the best results.
