  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Pour in honey BBQ sauce and stir to coat the chicken.
  4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  5. Serve the honey BBQ chicken over a bed of cooked rice.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken in honey BBQ sauce for a few hours before cooking. You can also use brown rice for a healthier option. Adding sesame seeds can elevate the dish.
