- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the core from the cabbage and chop the leaves.
- Add chopped cabbage leaves to the mixture and stir.
- Cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Great on its own, but also pairs well with side salad, bread, sour cream, or fresh herbs. You can prepare the mixture ahead of time and add cabbage before cooking.
