Preparation
  1. In a large pot, combine the diced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir in the pectin and mix well.
Cooking
  1. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Once boiling, let it boil for 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and ladle the jam into sterilized jars.
  4. Seal the jars and process in a water bath for 5-10 minutes if preserving.
  5. Allow to cool and enjoy your homemade peach jam!

Notes

Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate once opened. Properly sealed jars can last up to a year. Use ripe peaches and sterilize jars before filling.
