Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce evenly over the chicken.
  2. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
