  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined and a soft dough forms.
Baking

  2. Flatten each cookie with a fork in a crosshatch pattern.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Notes
