  • 12 Mini pizza crusts or English muffins
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 Pepperoni slices for spooky shapes
  • 1/4 cup Black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup Green bell pepper thinly sliced

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange mini pizza crusts or English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread about a tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over each crust.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each mini pizza.
  4. Get creative with your spooky decorations! Use pepperoni to make monster faces or ghost shapes. Slice black olives into eyes or spider bodies, and use slivers of green bell pepper for stems or creepy crawly legs.
  5. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crusts are lightly golden.
  6. Carefully remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving these frightfully delicious mini pizzas.

Notes

For extra spooky fun, use a small cookie cutter to cut cheese or pepperoni into ghost or bat shapes before baking!
