Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
Cooking
  1. Stir in diced tomatoes, broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Serving

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating. Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition. For a thicker soup, reduce the amount of broth or add more pasta.
