- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are vibrant green and tender.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the beef and broccoli mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through and let the flavors meld.
- Serve the stir fry over cooked rice.
Notes
To serve, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
