Marinating
- In a large bowl, combine cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges and additional cilantro if desired.
Notes
