Preparation
  1. Combine the pitted green olives, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper in a food processor.
  2. Process all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well combined, pausing to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary before transferring it to a serving bowl.

Notes
