Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 each egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For serving
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for topping

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, Greek yogurt, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties with your hands.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked.

  1. Serve them on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Enjoy with your favorite side dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze uncooked patties for up to 3 months. Ensure the chicken is not over-mixed to keep the burgers tender and cook to 165°F for safety.
