  • 9 cups Gluten-free cereal such as Rice Chex
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Gluten-free pretzels
  • 1/2 cup Red and green candies such as M&M's

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free cereal and pretzels.
  2. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Stir until smooth, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and pretzel mixture. Stir gently with a rubber spatula until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the coated cereal mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until the cereal is fully coated with sugar.
  5. Spread the Reindeer Chow onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool. Once cooled, stir in the red and green candies.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, add some holiday sprinkles or white chocolate drizzle once cooled.
