- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.

- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of olive oil or water.
