  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Toss gently until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Do not overcook.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook the shrimp, as they can become rubbery. Adjust garlic and Parmesan amounts to your preference. Serve hot as an appetizer or over pasta/rice for a main course.
