Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs (if using).
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  2. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower, and return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding lemon juice or red pepper flakes before roasting. Ensure even-sized florets for uniform cooking. Using a parchment-lined baking sheet can enhance crispiness.
