  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, milk, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
