  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated, optional

  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Small bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice the dinner rolls partway through, being careful not to cut all the way.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter, then mix it thoroughly with the minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Assembly & Baking
  1. Generously brush or spoon the prepared garlic butter mixture into the cuts of each roll and over their tops.
  2. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and heated through.
  3. Serve the garlic bread rolls warm immediately after baking for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

For extra crispy tops, you can broil the rolls for the last minute or two; watch them carefully to prevent burning.
