  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish, optional

Assembly
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
  2. Divide half of the yogurt mixture among four serving glasses, then layer with half of the mixed berries.
  3. Repeat the layering with the remaining yogurt mixture and berries, creating distinct layers.
  4. Top each serving with granola and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Chilling
  1. Chill the assembled puddings in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and the pudding to set slightly.
