  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth. Fold in optional mini chocolate chips.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared sheet, forming small bites.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until the bites are firm.
  4. Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

For best results, use a firm Greek yogurt. You can also drizzle with melted chocolate before freezing for an extra treat.
