  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for a creamier texture.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped pickles Use freshly chopped pickles for more crunch.
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice Adjust to taste for desired tanginess.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving
  • Chips or fresh veggies For dipping.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled with chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

You can store any leftover Fried Pickle Dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Give it a good stir before serving again as some separation may occur. Optionally, for a spicy twist, add diced jalapeƱos or hot sauce.
