Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of ranch dressing on it.
- Place some of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center, then top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Fry the wraps seam side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Serve with extra ranch dressing and buffalo sauce for dipping.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, warm them in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes until heated through and crispy again. You can also prepare the filling in advance and assemble when ready to fry.
