  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust the level according to your heat preference.
  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat tortillas can be used for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to substitute with other types of cheese.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter dip.
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded You can add other veggies like bell peppers or carrots.
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Oil for frying oil for frying Ensure oil is hot enough for perfect crisp.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of ranch dressing on it.
  3. Place some of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center, then top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Fry the wraps seam side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve with extra ranch dressing and buffalo sauce for dipping.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, warm them in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes until heated through and crispy again. You can also prepare the filling in advance and assemble when ready to fry.
