Steps
- Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper, ensuring an overhang for easy removal later.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then continue in 30-second intervals until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in the eggnog, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
- Quickly pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is completely firm.
- Once firm, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge from the pan, then cut it into 1-inch squares for serving.
Notes
For an extra festive touch, sprinkle a little extra nutmeg on top of the fudge before chilling. You can also add a splash of rum extract for a stronger eggnog flavor.
