Ingredients

Fudge Ingredients
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 3 cups White chocolate chips (18 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Eggnog
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Equipment

  • 8x8 inch square pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Large microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

Steps
  1. Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper, ensuring an overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then continue in 30-second intervals until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Stir in the eggnog, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  4. Quickly pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is completely firm.
  6. Once firm, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge from the pan, then cut it into 1-inch squares for serving.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, sprinkle a little extra nutmeg on top of the fudge before chilling. You can also add a splash of rum extract for a stronger eggnog flavor.
