  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packets
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger grated
  • 0.5 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce optional
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions, then drain thoroughly and set them aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili garlic sauce (if using), water, and cornstarch until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Heat a large pan or skillet over medium heat, then pour in the prepared sauce mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan with the thickened sauce and toss them gently until every noodle is evenly coated. Serve your saucy ramen noodles immediately.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite cooked protein like chicken or tofu, and a sprinkle of chopped green onions or sesame seeds for extra flavor and garnish.
