Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into thick slices (steaks).
  3. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and crispy on the edges.
  2. Serve warm as a delicious side dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. To reheat, place them back in the oven or a pan to regain their crispiness. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice or a sprinkle of parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
