Preparation
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
- Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch dish and spread evenly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
You can enjoy the fudge on its own or serve it with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries. For events, place the fudge squares on a platter for guests to enjoy. To keep your fudge fresh, store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
