Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
  2. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch dish and spread evenly.
  4. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
