  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, vegetable broth, cornstarch, and brown sugar until well combined, creating the sauce.
  3. Arrange the frozen dumplings, broccoli florets, and sliced carrots in a single, even layer within the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the entire sauce mixture evenly over the dumplings and vegetables, ensuring everything is coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dumplings are thoroughly cooked, the vegetables are tender, and the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
  6. Remove from the oven, then garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can broil the dish for the last few minutes. Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding a dash of sriracha or chili flakes to the sauce.
