  • 200 grams Silky chocolate (dark or milk) Melt in a double boiler or microwave.
  • 1 cup Rich custard Prepare according to your recipe or package instructions.
  • 1/2 cup Golden crispy flakes Use crushed cornflakes or pastry flakes.

Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. Dip each fresh strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  3. Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place the strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets.
  5. Prepare the rich custard according to your recipe or package instructions.
Assembly
  1. Once the chocolate is set, place the strawberries in serving cups and pour custard over them.
  2. Top with golden crispy flakes for crunch.
