Main Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe banana (mashed) Make sure the banana is very ripe for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup almond flour or oat flour Can use either almond flour or oat flour.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional) For added flavor, optional.
Coating (Optional)
  • coconut sugar, cinnamon, or shredded coconut For coating the treats after baking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare your air fryer. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the banana in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour (or oat flour) and cinnamon (if using), stirring until a soft, sticky dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch wide. If the dough is too sticky, wet your hands slightly.
Cooking
  1. Place the balls on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or air-fry for 8–10 minutes until slightly golden.
  2. Optional: Roll the warm donut holes in a mixture of cinnamon and coconut sugar or shredded coconut.
  3. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These treats can be served warm or at room temperature. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a week. For longer storage, freeze them.
