  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes Chuck roast can be used as an alternative.
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the steak dry using paper towels to enhance searing and flavor.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper to make the marinade.
Cooking
  1. Place the steak cubes in the slow cooker, pour the marinade over them, and stir to coat evenly.
  2. Distribute the butter pieces over the steak mixture.
  3. Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours until the steak is tender.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Crockpot Steak Bites are very versatile. Serve them over creamy mashed potatoes, fluffy rice, or in a warm pita. Adding fresh salad or steamed vegetables can make for a well-rounded meal.
