Coating the Salmon
- In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle each salmon fillet with olive oil, then press both sides firmly into the Parmesan mixture to coat them completely.
Baking
- Place the coated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through, flakes easily with a fork, and the Parmesan crust is golden brown and crispy.
Serving

Notes
