Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry.
  3. In a large bowl, mix baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the wings on a baking rack over a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  2. In the last few minutes, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes to enhance crispiness.
  3. Remove from the oven, toss in your favorite sauce, and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure to dry the wings well before seasoning them for extra crispiness. Using a baking rack helps air circulate, making them crisper. Marinade wings in the seasoning mix for a few hours before baking for greater flavor.
