  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through; remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Stir in Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce begins to thicken.
  5. Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over them. Let simmer for a few minutes to heat through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, you can mix a teaspoon of cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water and stir it into the simmering sauce.
