  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream You can substitute with half-and-half or coconut milk for lighter options.
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese Freshly grated is preferred for better flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
  8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb some of the sauce.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For variations, you can add vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce, or use different types of cheese like mozzarella or feta for a unique twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and reheat before serving.
