- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and cook the Buldak ramen noodles until al dente. Drain the water, reserving about 1/4 cup.
- In a pan, combine the cooked noodles, reserved noodle water, the Buldak sauce packet, 1/2 cup milk, and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese.
- Stir constantly over medium heat until the sauce thickens and the cheese melts, creating a creamy consistency.
- Serve immediately, garnished with the included seaweed and sesame flake packet, or additional toppings like green onions.
Notes
Adjust the amount of Buldak sauce to your spice preference. A sprinkle of cheese or a fried egg makes a great topping.
