Creamy Buldak Noodles

  • 1 package Buldak Ramen
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 slices Mozzarella Cheese optional
  • 2 cups Water

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and cook the Buldak ramen noodles until al dente. Drain the water, reserving about 1/4 cup.
  2. In a pan, combine the cooked noodles, reserved noodle water, the Buldak sauce packet, 1/2 cup milk, and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese.
  3. Stir constantly over medium heat until the sauce thickens and the cheese melts, creating a creamy consistency.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with the included seaweed and sesame flake packet, or additional toppings like green onions.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Buldak sauce to your spice preference. A sprinkle of cheese or a fried egg makes a great topping.
