  • 16 ounces Penne pasta cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 8 slices Bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth (or milk)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped (for garnish, optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and chicken broth. Stir until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
  3. Add the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Add the drained penne pasta to the skillet with the chicken mixture. Toss gently to coat all the pasta evenly.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
