Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated but avoid overmixing.
Shaping
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties with a slight indentation in the center.
Cooking
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.
Assembling
- Toast the hamburger buns if desired. Layer lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom half of each bun, then place the cooked burger patty on top.
- Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the inside of the top bun, then place it over the patty to complete the burger.
Serving
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides like fries, onion rings, or a fresh salad.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet for best results.
