  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
Mixing Wet Ingredients
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter; then, whisk in both granulated and brown sugars until smooth. Stir in the honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combining Dry and Wet
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Baking
