Ingredients
  

Cowboy Butter
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Making Cowboy Butter
  1. Combine softened butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, fresh chives, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and uniform in color.
  3. Transfer the butter mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper and shape it into a log.
  4. Chill the log in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm, before slicing and serving.

Notes

This flavorful cowboy butter is excellent with grilled steaks, roasted chicken, seafood, or simply spread on warm bread. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or frozen for longer storage.
