  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 4 pieces hamburger buns Toast for a crunchier texture.
  • 1 cup fried onions Can substitute with sliced pickles, coleslaw, or cheese.

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving
  1. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns and top with fried onions.

Notes

You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat before serving. Consider adding chopped bell peppers or mushrooms for more veggies. For a different twist, use ground turkey or chicken, or make it vegetarian with lentils or a meat substitute.
